Zion’s passion for helping youth is not only saving lives, but building bridges between youth and adults around the nation to better connect with each other.
“Am I Trippin?”
Mental Health Assembly/Keynote
Mental health is a big deal, but let’s be real. Most teens don’t want another dry lecture about it. That’s why Am I Trippin? isn’t just a presentation. It’s a conversation. Led by Zion “Z” Givens, this high-energy, interactive session helps students take charge of their mental wellness and support the people around them.
Too often, teens facing anxiety, stress, or overwhelming emotions wonder, Is it just me? Am I trippin’? The truth? They’re not alone, and they’re stronger than they think. Through humor, real-life stories, and engaging activities, Zion creates a space where students feel seen, hears and equipped, and ready to show up for themselves and each other.
They leave with:
The confidence to reach out to trusted adults when something feels off
Tools to support peers who may be struggling
A deeper understanding of how fear and judgment impact mental health
The courage to choose connection over silence
Zion helps schools build a culture of compassion and belonging – where students know they’re not alone, and that help is always within reach.
Our team of nationally recognized speakers delivers engaging, age-appropriate presentations grounded in evidence-based prevention strategies — with the energy students love.
