When the Principal requested Vive18, Kristen and Megan asked around from some coalition friends about the program. It came highly recommended from many in the DFC and CADCA community. Vive18 trained the peer-led prevention club on speaking and facilitating activities. They also reached the middle school and high school students with an engaging, fun, presentation that got them excited about protecting their futures from substance misuse.
Student leaders from Salmon Drug Free Youth met Jake & Tomas at CADCA Midyear and requested them for Red Ribbon Week. From speaking at the elementary school and the middle school and high school, to doing a leadership session with their prevention club – Their students and teachers loved it and are already asking when Vive18 will be back!
